HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THE PRODUCT?

To clean your product, simply use a clean cloth with water and soap to wipe the stain. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and contact with rough or abrasive surfaces.

ARE PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE?

We reserves the right to change the price and discontinue the sale of any product listed on this site at any time without notice.

VARIATIONS & DISCLAIMER

At ALREADY MINE, we do our very best to give you accurate measurements and descriptions. Please review all photos for details of the item. The accessories color may vary and natural crystals may have fractures, inclusions, color variations and characteristics that make each one unique and potentially perfectly imperfect.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders normally take 2-3 business days to process. Kindly note that we do not ship on weekends and U.S. holidays.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After we shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Kindly allow 7 days for your tracking number to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

US Domestic Shipping (3-7 days for delivery)

Flat Rate Shipping to USA is $8

International Shipping (5-6 weeks for delivery)

Flat Rate Shipping to Canada is $25

Flat Rate International Shipping is $35

Kindly note we are not responsible for shipment delays or delivery issues once a package has left our warehouse and is in possession of the courier. We are not responsible for lost packages. International customers are liable to pay any custom duty charges by their home country.

LOST/UNKNOWN CAUSES IN SHIPMENT?

We are not responsible for packages that are either stolen, lost or undelivered. You should contact the courier and provide them with your tracking number if your package does not arrive within or after the estimated delivery time.

Kindly also be aware that during holidays, the customs may delay the transit time of some packages.

RETURN POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Customer happiness and satisfaction is our priority. All items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unused and in a brand new condition.

Service charges, such as Shipping or Gift Wrap, are not eligible for refunds.

Contact us at hello@alreadymineny.com to start your return. Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. Kindly provide a tracking number and include all original hang tags and components in the packaging when you return it. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

The return policy is the same for international orders.

Kindly note that a USD30 returns processing fee will be deducted from your refund on all international orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

You will see your refund within 2-5 business days from the processing date, depending on your financial institution.
